Students have to
1. Give utmost importance to studies and discipline.
2. Be punctual to the Classes.
3. Be regular towards the college and to the laboratory classes.
4. Come in proper uniform to the college and to the laboratory classes.
5. Submit the Assignments as per instructions of the Faculty members concerned.
6. Submit the Record Books as per instructions.
7. Attend the Class tests, Monthly tests and Model tests regularly
1. Students shall apply for leave and get it sanctioned before going on leave.
2. Students taking Medical leave shall produce a Medical Certificate and also a letter from parent.
3. If any student is absent for more than 6 days consecutively his / her name will be struck out from the rolls.
4. If readmitted, he / she should pay a re-admission fee of Rs.250/-.
1. Examinations shall be conducted both for Theory and Practical in every Semester.
2. A candidate will be permitted to appear for the University Examination in any Semester only if
a. He / She secures not less than 75% attendance in the number of working days.
b. His / Her conduct has been satisfactory during the course.
c. He / She earns a progress Certificate from the Head of the Institution of having acquitted creditably in CIA Tests.
3. The Anna University, Trichy has introduced 20 Internal Assessment marks in each Subject,Theory and practical. All practical examination / project work shall be conducted and evaluated internally by the respective Institution, with Internal and External Examiners appointed by the University.
1. The College maintains absolute discipline and students violating the rules are liable for severe penalty including expulsion.
2. Ragging of any sort is strictly prohibited. Students found guilty are liable for severe punishment including dismissal from the College / hostel.
3. Any student found responsible for any damage to the college building, furniture, or equipment will be punished severely and the cost of damage, along with the fine will be recovered.
4. Absolute silence should be maintained in the library.
5. Willful absence from classes and instigation of the students to abstain or to go on strike is a serious breach of discipline and may result in expulsion from the College.
6. No student shall take part in any anti-social or subversive activity.
7. Students are forbidden from organizing Union or Associations based on caste, or political ideology.
8. Students should conduct themselves at all times in a befitting manner so as to bring credit to themselves and to the College.
9. Students should observe the safety regulations in the laboratories and workshops.
Men Students should wear khaki pant and half hand shirt with shoes on and the women students should wear khaki over coat with shoes on. Students are not permitted to wear T- shirts during class hours.
10. Students should take care of tools, apparatus and other equipments given to them and should preserve the cleanliness of the laboratories.
11. Students should strive hard and take extra effort in maintaining peaceful campus

The teaching methods are designed to incorporate a blend of knowledge, skills and the right attitude. The methods of each programme is revised periodically to enable the students to be in tune with the needs of the industry.
TEST
Daily Tests, CIA (Continuous Internal Assesment Tests, Model Tests, IQAC (Internal Qulaity Assurance Cell) and QCM (Quality Circle Meetings) ensure high quality of learning and allow for mid-course corrections. University Examinations conducted at the end of each semester ensure comprehensive evaluation of the students
