Eligibility for BE
Those who have passed +2 or its equivalent and satisfy the eligibility criteria can get admission into Four year B.E.,/B.Tech., Degree course. Those who have passed B.Sc course with Maths and Diploma can be eligible for admission into direct second year. Application forms and prospectus can be obtained from the college office by in person or by sending an account payee Demand Draft of Rs.250/- in favour of "The Principal, Dr. Navalar Nedunchezhiyan College of Engineering Payable at Tholudur 606 303

Eligibility for MCA
Any graduate with mathematics as one of the subject in their +2 Level or UG Level

Age Limit

There is no age limit to join in first year B.E.,/B.Tech., and also direct second year admissions according to DOTE (Directorate of Technical Education).No Age Limit as per DoTE Norms.

Certificates to be produced

12th marks sheet, SSLC mark sheet, Transfer Certificate & Community Certificate all in original with xerox copies & Passport size photos 5 Nos.

Lateral entry canditates should submit Diploma certificate along with the above.

All the certificates are to be submitted at the time of admission. Mark statements are to be verified by Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai & Anna University and if the statement of marks is found to be bogus, admission is liable to cancellation besides criminal action being taken.

1. To Motivate the students and to recognize academic excellence, the Management offers Cash Awards Rs.1000/- Rs.750/- and Rs.500/- to the Top three Rank holders in Continuous Internal Assessment tests (CIA tests) in every Branch in each Semester.

2. An 4-gram Gold Medal is awarded to the Ist Rank holder in the final year in each Branch. The award is based on the marks obtained by the students in the University Examinations from III Semester to VIII Semester.

3. A Cash award of Rs.1500/- is awarded to every II Rank Holder in each Branch.

4. A cash Award of Rs.1800/- is given to the Rank I holder in each Branch from the endowment instituted by Dr. Naavalar Nedoonchezhiyan Trust, Chennai – 18.

The Scholarship Holders must have 80% Attendance to retain the scholarship.
